Rescue the Runway is a grassroots effort dedicated to supporting animal welfare, rescue and adoption. In addition to established and vital animal shelters, there are countless rescue groups who save the lives of homeless and abused animals every day, but who have little means of creating public awareness and raising the funds needed to continue their mission. The expenses incurred in rescuing these animals include shelter, food, vaccinations, spay/neuter, as well as an incredibly high volume of medical costs as a result of these animals being abused and subjected to unimaginable pain and trauma at the hands of very bad people. The only hope these animals have are the voices of our shelters, rescue groups and those individuals who are called to action.
